How it works

From onboarding to insight in three steps

We handle the linkage, the labs, and the data plumbing. You handle the clinical decisions.

1

You're onboarded

Your practice is set up, patients are linked to you with their consent. We brief your team in a 30-minute call.

2

Patients book their tests

They order from your curated panel catalogue and attend a UK clinic or home phlebotomy visit at their convenience.

3

You review, act, and track

Results land in your dashboard with abnormal flags, trend charts, and a follow-up queue. Nothing falls through the cracks.

The dashboard

Everything you need to act on results, not just receive them.

Abnormal flagging, every result

Out-of-range biomarkers surface automatically against the patient's history and your reference ranges — not just lab defaults.

Longitudinal trend charts

Six visits at a glance for any biomarker. Reference bands and direction-of-change indicators built in.

Follow-up queue tied to results

Create a follow-up tied to a specific biomarker or test, set a due date, get an auto-reminder. Your queue lives in one place.

Consent + audit trail

Every access, every review, every flag — logged. Patients control who sees what and can revoke at any time.

What you get

Three workflows. One platform.

Result reviews that close the loop.

When a patient's results arrive, you mark them as reviewed or flag for follow-up. Every decision is logged with a timestamp, the reviewer, and a free-text note. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Reviewed / Flagged states Audit log Free-text clinical notes Bulk actions

Follow-up tasks, built into the workflow.

Create a follow-up tied to a specific biomarker, test, or panel. Set a due date — when it's done, mark it complete. Your entire follow-up queue lives in one place, sortable by patient or by date.

Biomarker-anchored Auto-reminders Queue view Recurring follow-ups

Cohort analytics with patient privacy built in.

Understand patterns across your patient population. Query biomarker distributions — our k-anonymity engine ensures no individual patient is ever identifiable in aggregate data. Always at least 5 patients per bucket.

Panel catalogue

Build the panel catalogue your patients actually need.

Order from our growing library of evidence-backed panels — or request a bespoke panel from our clinical team. Custom panels are assembled within 5 working days and made available to all your assigned patients.

I was spending hours chasing results across inboxes. Now I open my Trupoint dashboard, review what's flagged, create a follow-up, and I'm done in twenty minutes.

Who it's for

Built for practitioners who go further.

If you treat patients with private blood work and you want fewer hours on admin and more time on care — read on.

Independent GPs & private doctors

Private practice GPs who want a proactive layer on top of their patient bloods — without manually building spreadsheets.

Functional & integrative medicine

Practitioners running comprehensive functional panels who need to track multiple biomarkers across many patients longitudinally.

Nutritional therapists & coaches

Health coaches with a regulated practitioner partnership — order tests, see results, and base interventions on real biomarkers.

Common questions

Things practitioners ask first.

When a patient signs up — either via your invite link or by selecting your practice during checkout — they grant explicit consent for you to access their results. The linkage is logged, revocable by the patient at any time, and visible to both sides in the dashboard.
No. Every patient must explicitly consent to practitioner access before any result is shared. Consent can be granted at the practice level or per-panel, and a patient can revoke at any time. All access is audit-logged.
Request a bespoke panel via the dashboard — specify the biomarkers, target patient cohort, and any timing constraints. Our clinical team reviews and validates within 5 working days, then publishes the panel to your catalogue. Your assigned patients can then order it.
Aggregate biomarker distributions across your patient population. You can filter by panel, date range, and other clinical context. A k-anonymity engine (minimum bucket size 5) ensures no individual patient is identifiable from any query — and we surface the suppression rule transparently in every output.
We export structured PDFs, CSVs, and FHIR-compatible result bundles. Direct EHR integrations are on the roadmap — Heydoc, Cliniko, and Pabau are next. If you use something else, tell us during onboarding.
