On-site health screening and corporate wellbeing days

On-site health screening means the testing comes to your team, not the other way round. A phlebotomist attends your premises, employees book a slot in the working day, and nobody loses a morning travelling to a clinic.

It is the single biggest driver of uptake we see, and it is the reason a wellbeing day tends to reach people that a benefits email never does.

Venous draws, not just finger-prick

Most postal health-testing services rely on the employee pricking their own finger and posting the sample. That works for some markers, but sample quality varies with technique, and some panels cannot be run reliably from a finger-prick collection at all.

A trained phlebotomist taking a venous sample removes that variable. It also removes the most common reason people abandon a home kit: not wanting to do it themselves.

What we bring

  • A trained phlebotomist and all consumables
  • Sample handling and transport to our UKAS-accredited laboratory partners
  • Booking management so employees pick their own slot

What you provide

  • A private room — a meeting room is fine
  • A table and two chairs
  • Roughly 15 minutes per employee in the schedule

Running a corporate wellbeing day

On-site screening works well as the anchor for a wider wellbeing day. Because appointments are short and staggered, it runs alongside other sessions without needing anyone to be in two places at once.

For a first programme, a single day covering 20 to 30 employees is a sensible pilot. It is enough to produce meaningful aggregate reporting and to see what uptake looks like before committing to a full rollout.

Coverage and lead times

On-site availability depends on location and date. Tell us where your sites are and roughly how many people are involved, and we will confirm what we can cover and when.

Frequently asked questions

How many employees do we need?

On-site sessions are most efficient from around 15 people. Below that, booking into one of our locations or issuing home kits is usually more practical.

Do employees need to fast?

For the standard panel, employees should avoid food for around 8 hours beforehand. Morning slots are usually easiest for this.

Can you cover multiple sites?

Yes. Multi-site programmes run as separate dates under one programme and one set of reporting.

What does the employer see?

Aggregate, anonymised reporting only — never individual results. See the corporate health screening overview.
