Trupoint Health is not yet trading. We are building our service, platform and clinical governance before we begin offering tests. This page sets out exactly where we stand, and we keep it current as each step completes.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Our CQC registration application is in progress. We are not yet registered with the Care Quality Commission.

We will not deliver clinical services, take payment for them, or arrange sample collection until that registration is granted. When it is, this page will show our provider ID and a link to our entry on the CQC register.

Laboratory analysis

Samples will be analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory working to ISO 15189, the international standard for medical laboratories. Accreditation is held by the laboratory, and we will publish its name and UKAS schedule number here before we begin testing.

Sample collection partners

Appointments at partner clinics and mobile phlebotomy visits are provided through partner networks. Booking will happen on this website, and each partner holds its own registrations for the services it provides. Partner details and coverage will be published before booking opens.

Clinical review

Results will be reviewed by clinicians registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We will name each reviewer, with their registration number, so you can verify them on the relevant public register.

Data protection

Health data is special category personal data under UK GDPR. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and will publish our registration number here alongside our privacy notice, retention periods, and how to ask us to delete your data.

What our tests can and cannot do

Our tests measure biomarkers and help you interpret the results. They do not diagnose conditions, and we do not prescribe or supply medicines. A result is not a diagnosis, and our service does not replace your GP.

Reference intervals and target ranges

Where we show a result against a range, the reference interval is set by the analysing laboratory and is the clinical standard. Where we also show a target range, that is Trupoint’s own editorial guidance — we will state its source, the population it applies to, the clinician who approved it and when it was last reviewed. A target range is not a clinical threshold, and being outside one does not mean a result is abnormal.
